Terms of Service

Paid packages and customer services require a separate written agreement or order form. This website page does not replace those customer-specific terms.

These terms describe the boundaries for Lumiraxa's website, AI receptionist, and related automation services.

Service description

Lumiraxa provides AI-assisted communication and workflow services that may answer calls, respond to approved questions, collect information, qualify requests, schedule appointments, send follow-up, and escalate interactions. Available features, integrations, usage limits, and assisted services depend on the agreed scope.

AI limitations

AI-generated speech, text, summaries, and actions may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or misunderstood. The service is not a substitute for professional judgment or human review. Customers should define appropriate guardrails and human handoffs and should review important outputs before relying on them.

Customer configuration and approved content

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate business information, approved knowledge, business hours, scheduling rules, transfer destinations, escalation instructions, and permitted responses. Customers should review and approve configurations and representative tests before go-live and notify Lumiraxa when information changes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and authority to provide content, credentials, contact details, recordings, and system access used with the service.

No emergency-service use

Lumiraxa is not an emergency service and should not be configured or relied upon to contact emergency responders, dispatch urgent medical or safety assistance, or handle situations where delay or error could cause harm. Emergency callers should contact the appropriate local emergency service directly.

No guaranteed business outcomes

Lumiraxa does not guarantee revenue, savings, appointment volume, conversion rates, response outcomes, or customer retention. Illustrations, estimates, demonstrations, and reports should be evaluated against the customer's actual operation and agreed measurement method.

Acceptable use

Users should not use the service to break applicable rules, deceive or harm people, impersonate others without authorization, distribute malicious material, interfere with systems, gain unauthorized access, send prohibited communications, or process information they are not authorized to use. Additional restrictions may be required after legal and product review.

Availability and service changes

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, configuration problems, or other technical events. Lumiraxa may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. Customer-specific availability commitments, support expectations, and change procedures should be stated in the applicable agreement.

Third-party services

Lumiraxa depends on third-party services such as voice and telephony platforms, AI providers, hosting, networking, workflow automation, calendars, email, and data systems. Their availability, functionality, and terms may affect the Lumiraxa service. Customers may also be responsible for accounts or permissions they connect.

Intellectual property

Lumiraxa retains its rights in the Lumiraxa service, branding, configurations, software, documentation, and materials it creates, subject to any written customer agreement. Customers retain their rights in content they provide. Specific licenses, feedback rights, output treatment, and data-use boundaries require legal review and should be addressed in customer agreements.

Suspension or termination

Lumiraxa may need to suspend access to protect callers, customers, systems, service providers, or other parties; respond to misuse; address nonpayment under an agreed commercial arrangement; or handle material operational risk. Notice, cure periods, data return, number handling, and termination procedures should be defined in the applicable customer agreement after legal review.

Customer-specific commercial terms

Warranty terms, indemnities, damages exclusions, liability limits, service levels, fees, package success measures, responsibilities, and rollback or termination rights must be stated in the applicable written customer agreement or order form. This website page does not establish customer-specific commercial commitments.
